Core Responsibilities

  • Learning & Inclusion is seeking to hire a highly motivated Specialist to join the Quality Excellence and Data Analytics team. This position will be responsible for handling and coordinating all aspects of the Succession Planning and Career Development processes for CECONY, O&R, CET and the CEBs.

  • Manage the Succession Planning and Career Development Processes - attend meetings; update files; prepare documents, reports and ad hoc customer requests as necessary.
  • Prepare required career development and succession planning documents for executive briefings, special requests and corporate projects.
  • Support the implementation of the career development strategy and regularly assess the results of development programs.
  • Maintain confidentiality of Career Development process and documents.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and a high level of responsiveness to customer requests.
  • Provide presentation development support.
  • Perform other related assignments and tasks as required.

Required Education/Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Psychology, Business or other related field. And Two or more years of relevant employment experience. Or
  • Associate's Degree In Human Resources, Psychology, Business or other related field. And Four or more years of relevant employment experience. Or
  • High School Diploma/GED And Five or more years of relevant employment experience.

Required Work Experience

  • Excellent presentation, interpersonal, oral and written communication skills. Required
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills with high level of accuracy and impeccable attention to detail. Required
  • Demonstrated ability to handle and maintain sensitive and confidential information with high level of discretion. Required
  • Demonstrated flexibility and ability to handle multiple tasks and assignments while working under tight deadlines. Required
  • Demonstrated problem solving skills and ability to work independently. Required
  • Demonstrated professional demeanor and confidence dealing with all levels of management and union personnel. Required
  • Excellent hands-on experience and proficiency Microsoft Office Suite applications (Word, Excel, Power Point, SharePoint, etc.) Req

  • Driver's License Required

Other Physical Demands

  • Must be able to respond to Company emergencies by performing a System Emergency Assignment to restore service to our customers.
  • Must be able and willing to travel within Company service territory, as needed.
