Job Description

Core Responsibilities

  • Assist with EM software project management activities, including initiating, planning, execution, tracking and closing
  • Create and maintain detailed documentation of all automations and process improvement initiatives
  • Support the development of automations to address needs of the business
  • Assist with the development of project management templates (e.g., budget forecasting and actuals, project plans, governance structure, UAT, and business requirements)
  • Assist with training EM on project management best practices and the use of templates within the EM organization
  • Assist with the setup and support of capital projects by submitting rulings, appropriations, and answering general project inquiries
  • Monitor the capital portfolio by updating the project workplan, forecasted expenses and actual expenses, and reviewing it with project managers
  • Support the execution of Business Operations key initiatives related to technology maintenance and support
  • Provide support in the management and monitoring of Help Desk support tickets from intake through resolution, providing timely updates to end users and escalation
  • Develop, maintain and track documentation, templates, presentation decks, reports and related to EM and /or Business Operations
  • Foster and preserve relationships and communications to progress tasks/projects across all cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels of management
  • Help resolve critical issues as they arise or as assigned by managers or team leads
  • Perform other related tasks and assignments as required

Required Education/Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree And 2+ year in business, project management, or IT related field (1H)

Relevant Work Experience

  • At least two years of project management experience Required
  • Ability to handle a multi-tasking environment, meet deadlines, and work across a wide range of top priority initiatives with competing and/or changing priorities Required
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills Required
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking and quantitative skills Required
  • Must possess strong computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint Required
  • Plus, knowledge of SharePoint, PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI, RPA software such as Blue Prism, and experience with programming, SQL, and/or developing front end/web software using JavaScript, HTML. Preferred
  • Knowledge of the utility industry and the services provided by the Company Preferred

Licenses & Certifications

  • Driver's License Required

  • Must be able to respond to Company emergencies by performing a System Emergency Assignment to restore service to our customers.
