Job Description

Core Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the annual Leadership Development Program hiring cycle which includes supporting college recruiting, interview scheduling, career fair attendance, and attending LDP Steering Committee meetings.
  • Support the Co-Op and EP programs including recruiting, mentoring partnerships set-up, communications with leadership and conducting networking sessions.
  • Establish, leverage, and support a talent pipeline with colleges and universities that are aligned with the IT organization's critical disciplines.
  • Coordinate training for the IT organization including internal and external enrollment and monitor compliance with company training requirements.
  • Develop reports and metrics for training status and share with IT Leadership.
  • Develop an end-to-end cycle of workforce tracking from identification of new positions during annual budget planning to tracking hiring, transfers, and separations throughout the year.
  • Prepare forecasts of workforce needs, present data, and reconciliation plans to Leadership.
  • Support development of benchmark and reporting dashboards including recruit-to-hire timelines and other business metrics.
  • Perform special assignments as needed.
  • Provide training in administrative practices and procedures as required.
  • Responding to requests and all other duties as assigned. Perform other related assignments as required and is available to work overtime as needed.

Required Education/Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree And Full-time or internship experience will count towards the one-year minimum of work experience requirement; Candidates that have
  • participated in the company's full-time college cooperative or summer cooperative internships for a minimum of six months meet the EP experience requirements.
