Core Responsibilities
- Join a fast growing and dynamic team and support one of the country's largest electric vehicle incentive programs and services.
- The IT Project Lead(s) for E-Mobility Services & Tools will lead the team(s) that manages operations of Con Edison E-Mobility programs and services IT tools to ensure programmatic success and efficiencies.
- Lead strategic development of tools to meet the E-Mobility team's ongoing business needs related to the infrastructure and operational incentive program portals, services, and tools, and other Company systems that are used to implement the programs and services.
- Ensure that the E-Mobility team has adequate resources for troubleshooting, improvements, and implementation of new functionality for program portal and tool integrations with other systems
- Lead projects to build new functionality or systems for future or expanded E-Mobility programs
- Act as subject matter expert on architecture, logic, and workflows for E-Mobility Salesforce platform tools
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with internal support teams
- Ensure that training and support is available and usable for program Participants who are using program and services platforms and tools to manage their projects
- Oversee training and support for internal EV team users, including business development and program management teams, on best practices and usage of program and services platforms and tools.
- Lead procurement and management of third-party consultants and technology providers, as needed
- Work effectively and lead cross-functional teams responsible for new department initiatives that may arise from time to time.
- Provide problem solving and strategic support related to platforms and tools for the department.
- Perform other related tasks and assignments as required.
- Ensure that safe work practices are followed, and the environment is fully protected in accordance with Company policy and governmental regulations.
Required Education/Experience
- Bachelor's Degree And 4 years of work experience with 1-2 years of work experience managing IT projects Or
- Master's Degree Related technical field like IT, computer science, engineering or science And 2 years of work experience
Preferred Education/Experience
- Bachelor's Degree Degree in IT, energy, or sustainability disciplines And 3 years utility or other business work experience managing IT projects Experience with Salesforce is a plus
- Master's Degree Degree in IT, energy, or sustainability disciplines And 2 years of work experience
Relevant Work Experience
- Experience managing successful implementation of IT projects Required
- Ability to build positive relationships with colleagues who have a diverse set of experiences and approaches in order to drive business results Required
- Excellent organizational capabilities and proven successful management of detailed, complex initiatives Required
- Demonstrated agility and flexibility to deal with ambiguity and comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment Required
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office suite (i.e. Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

- Other: Must be able and willing to travel within Company service territory, as needed. Required
