Core Responsibilities

  • Maintain inventory of medical equipment and devices at the 4IP Clinic, vans and off-site locations.
  • Conduct and manage physical inventory of clinical and office supplies at the 4IP Clinic, vans and off-site locations. Track, request orders, receive, stock and deliver supplies from 4IP to off-sites for efficient operations to complete employee clinic exams.
  • Handle health information and PII documents from van and off-sites; return completed forms to 4IP within time cycle.
  • Upload, index and file completed exam forms, including drug consent forms to employee profiles in Cority.
  • Cover and support contractor and medical technician functions, as needed. Update contractor hours/ expenses spreadsheet for receipting weekly.
  • Support Front Desk Reception operations. Review clinician and employee appointment schedules. Check-in and check-out employees reporting for their appointments, provide and complete necessary forms and/or questionnaires for each appointment types.

Required Education/Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree and 2 years' work experience
  • Master's Degree and 1 year work experience

Preferred Education/Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree Health Sciences Health or Clinical Environment

Relevant Work Experience

  • 2 years Work experience in a clinic Required
  • 2 years Proficient in Cority Required
  • 2 years Proficient tin MIS Office Suite Required
  • 2 years Familiarity with Con Edison service area and site locations Preferred
  • Basic Life Support/ CPR certification Preferred
